When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your first and last name, delivery address, place of residency, email and phone number.

SKM Active does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to use the skmactive.com website or services, and we request that minors under the age of 18 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding minors under the age of 18 is not collected, skmactive.com does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding minors under the age of 18.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
